1 sl Bacon In Small Pieces
2 Mashed Garlic Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
2 Whole Cloves
1 c Orange Juice
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Cut small slits in the meat and insert bacon, garlic, salt and
pepper. Sear the meat. Place in a roasting pan and top with the bay
leaf and cloves. Roast until done, while basting frequently with the
orange juice.
